Hello! My name is Luiz Augusto Metzner, but I’m known as “Catarina”. I have 22 years of experience in the film industry, primarily as a focus puller / 1st assistant camera.

Throughout my career, I have worked on various projects, including TV commercials, feature films, short films, and series, playing a crucial role in ensuring the quality of the captured images.

In addition to my practical experience as a focus puller, I also have an academic background in advertising and propaganda, which has provided me with a solid foundation for understanding and creating engaging narratives.

Furthermore, I am fluent in English, which allows me to work on international projects and easily communicate with teams and clients from different countries.

I am always seeking new challenges and opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills in the film industry. I am excited to collaborate on exciting projects and create visually compelling content that tells impactful stories.
